Refund & Return Policy

Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase. By purchasing from America Airsoft, you acknowledge this policy, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of the applicable date:

• In-store purchases: The date of purchase.

• Online orders: The date the order is delivered.

All eligible items must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

All returns require prior authorization from America Airsoft. Please contact us before shipping or bringing an item back.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Except where a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened electronics: Electronics that have been opened.

• Batteries and chargers: Batteries and chargers of any kind.

• Modified items: Products altered, modified, or customized after purchase.

• Opened consumables: Opened BBs, green gas, CO₂, and similar consumable products.

• Installed parts: Parts installed by the customer or a third party.

• Physically damaged products: Products damaged after purchase, other than damage covered by applicable law or warranty.

• Misuse or improper handling: Products damaged through misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow applicable instructions.

• Used, clearance, and discounted merchandise: Items specifically identified as non-returnable or sold “AS IS” on the receipt or at the point of sale.

Please inspect your purchase promptly. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

3. America Airsoft-Installed Parts

Parts installed by America Airsoft may be considered for return at our discretion, subject to applicable law and warranty obligations.

Approval is not guaranteed. Please contact us before attempting to remove, replace, or modify an installed part.

4. Restocking Fees

Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 50% where permitted by law.

For any transactions, any restocking or rehandling charge will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law, including the actual cost of rehandling and restocking or a properly documented average-cost percentage where authorized.

Any applicable fee will be disclosed before the return is finalized. Restocking fees will not be applied where prohibited by law.

5. Refund Policy

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, America Airsoft will determine the applicable refund or other remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

• Original payment method: Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

• Cash purchases: Approved refunds for purchases originally paid in cash will generally be issued in cash, where appropriate and permitted by law.

• Refund fees: A refund-processing fee of up to 5% may apply to eligible non-cash refunds only where legally permitted and properly disclosed before purchase. No 5% refund fee will be charged on cash purchases.

• Refund calculations: Any permitted fees, deductions, and applicable sales-tax adjustments will be calculated in accordance with applicable law.

• Processing time: Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

No fee or deduction will be imposed where prohibited by applicable law, including for refunds or remedies required by law.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact America Airsoft promptly with your receipt or order confirmation and a description of the issue.

These situations will be reviewed separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits any applicable statutory rights, express warranty, or other remedy available under law.

7. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed to by America Airsoft:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns.

• Customers should contact us before shipping an item back to obtain return instructions.

• If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a potential covered defect, contact us before returning it so we can provide appropriate instructions.

Customers are responsible for packaging authorized returns securely and including all required accessories and documentation.

8. Final-Sale Merchandise

Items clearly identified as “AS IS,” “Final Sale,” or “Non-Returnable” at the point of sale or on the receipt are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where otherwise required by law.

Final-sale status does not eliminate any applicable legal rights relating to defective products, warranties, or other remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. In-Store Policy Notice

This policy applies to purchases made through America Airsoft, subject to applicable law and any transaction-specific terms disclosed at the time of sale.

Customers shopping in our physical store should review the posted return policy before purchasing. America Airsoft will display the policy as required by applicable law.

10. Questions & Return Authorization

Please contact America Airsoft before returning any item to confirm eligibility and obtain return instructions.

We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise and verify compliance with this policy. All decisions are subject to applicable law and any warranty or consumer protections that apply to the purchase.

Warranty Policy

Product Quality and Customer Responsibility

Using high-quality, compatible products is essential to maintaining the performance, reliability, and longevity of your airsoft equipment. Low-quality or incompatible accessories and supplies can cause damage or operational issues that may not be covered under warranty.

If you are unsure which products are appropriate for your equipment, please contact America Airsoft before making a purchase or using a product. We are happy to help you identify suitable, quality products.

Customers are responsible for understanding their products, following the manufacturer's instructions, and familiarizing themselves with the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.

Manufacturer Warranties

Manufacturers offer different warranty terms depending on the product. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the warranty applicable to their specific product.

America Airsoft will make every reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve product issues in-house before referring a product to the manufacturer for warranty service, when appropriate.

Please note the following regarding manufacturer warranty claims:

• America Airsoft is not responsible for warranty repairs or services provided under the manufacturer's warranty.

• America Airsoft has no control over manufacturer inspection, processing, or repair times.

• America Airsoft is not responsible for shipping costs to or from the manufacturer for warranty-related service.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, decisions, and processing times are determined by the applicable manufacturer and its warranty policies.

Warranty Exclusions

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the following conditions void applicable warranty coverage or exclude the resulting damage from coverage:

1. Red Tip Removal and Product Modifications

All warranties are void if the product's red tip is removed or if any modifications are made to the product.

2. Consumable Items

Consumable items are not covered under warranty. These include, but are not limited to:

• BBs

• Green gas

• CO₂

3. Misuse or Improper Handling

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, improper operation, or insufficient knowledge of the product is not covered under warranty.

4. Incorrect, Incompatible, or Low-Quality Products

Damage caused by using incorrect, incompatible, or low-quality products is not covered under warranty. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• BBs

• Chargers

• Batteries

• Gas and other propellants

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all accessories, supplies, and replacement components are suitable for their equipment.

5. Failure to Follow Manufacturer Instructions

Damage resulting from failure to read, understand, or follow the product's user manual, safety instructions, or operating guidelines is not covered under warranty.

America Airsoft Custom Builds — 60-Day Limited Warranty

Custom builds performed by America Airsoft are covered by a 60-day limited warranty provided by America Airsoft, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined in this policy.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or improper handling

• Physical damage

• Unauthorized modifications

• Repairs, adjustments, or other work performed by the customer or a third party

Any modifications or work performed by the customer or a third party will void the applicable warranty coverage.

America Airsoft Technical Services — 60-Day Warranty

All technical work performed by America Airsoft is covered by a 60-day warranty on the work performed, subject to the terms and exclusions outlined in this policy.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse or improper handling

• Physical damage

• Modifications or work performed by the customer or a third party

Any modifications or work performed by the customer or a third party will void the applicable warranty coverage.

Important Warranty Information

Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer, product, and type of service performed. Customers are encouraged to review all applicable warranty terms before purchasing, modifying, or servicing their equipment.

If you experience an issue with a product purchased from or serviced by America Airsoft, please contact us before attempting repairs or modifications. Unauthorized work may affect your warranty eligibility.

America Airsoft reserves the right to assess reported issues in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and exclusions.
