I'm new to the airsoft scene and I brought in my gun to get it fixed and parts swapped and they pointed out the broken pieces and swapped and fixed it all Infront of me, also while showing me how it should function if put together correctly. 10/10 would go again.
They got a indoor shooting range to test out your guns. Staff is amazing they help you understand rather than rushing u with a bunch of information like other stores.
America Airsoft has the best gear for Airsoft! Excellent customer service. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and just really cool people to talk to. I highly recommend this store to my family and friends.
My son wanted to get into airsoft so I started researching on how to get started in airsoft online. There's only so much you can learn on your own so I visited America Airsoft. My decision to do so couldn't been any better. When my son and I entered the store we were greeted right away by Shawn. I let Sean know off the bat that we were not going to make any purchases on this visit since we are new to airsoft. This did not deter him from providing top notch service. He and Issac, another awesome and knowledgeable America Airsoft employee answered all my questions and concerns. They gave great advice for beginners and I never felt preasure to buy anything. They spent so much time with my son and I answering questions and allowing us to handle a variety of ERG'S. They recommend not buying an expensive ERG for my son's first choice. Something that does not happen often. This let me know they were looking out for my best interest. A week latter, I went back to America Airsoft and made my purchase. I know that my son will love his birthday day present thanks to Shawn, Issac and America Airsoft. America Airsoft, you guys are the best.
Larry has the best shop around! When I first started playing Larry helped me learn about the ins and outs of airsoft. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything he just wanted me to have a great experience with airsoft. Larry is probably one of the best ambassadors to the game of airsoft he never turns anyone away and never makes them look stupid when asking him questions. Larry is always very engaged with everyone that comes into America Airsoft. He will not sell you something for the sake of making a buck. All he wants is for you as a player is to enjoy your experience, and spread the word. For that reason I will always support America Airsoft. Even after a 2 year leave he would always check in with me on instagram to see how I was doing and see when I would be back to play. Again Larry is one of the greats Airsoft Ambassadors!
I found this store purely by chance when I typed in airsoft store near me. I drove over one hour to visit the location and I have to say I was very impressed. The owner and his staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! One might say the store is on the smaller side but I would tell you don't be fooled by appearances. Their inventory is phenomenal! Accessories galore, looking for that harder to find equipment and gear? Chances are, they probably have it. That day I was on the hunt for the elusive AAP-01 and I purchased three from them with a small handful of accessories I couldn't find in stock anywhere else. Best of all very little price markups too. Super glad to have made the trip and I will be returning soon!

Ultimately, the knowledge given is helping you better understand your hobby grade replica gun. Larry (owner of 'American Airsoft' & tech GUY) is the nicest Airsoft Shop owner in California. I've yet to meet anyone who is as welcoming, kind, nice, and intelligent as he is. He welcomes everyone into his shop with open arms and a big smile. He is always willing to solve any problems you throw at him. From where he started and where he is now, you can truly tell he loves the hobby of airsoft. Visiting American airsoft is a no braining that this point for Me and I hope that my words have persuaded on making American Airsoft your primary one stop shop for your airsoft needs.
P.S. - Feel free to ask him where he first started selling airsoft gear & supplies. You will be shocked on how far he has come.
