what is your Returns/refunds policy?

Returns:

  • There is a 7-day return policy from the purchase date. Items must be unused with all packaging materials and items. No exceptions.

  • All returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

  • No returns on any opened electronics.

  • No returns on batteries or chargers of any kind.

  • Items modified in any way are not returnable.

  • No returns on opened consumables such as BBs, green gas, CO2, etc.

  • No returns on any installed parts by self or 3rd party.

  • America Airsoft-installed parts may be returned at the discretion of America Airsoft.

  • Any physical damage to any product is not eligible for a return.

  • Misuse or lack of knowledge that causes damage to any product is not eligible for a return.

  • Any used, clearance, modified, or discounted items are non-returnable and are sold "AS IS" unless stated on the receipt.

Refunds:

  • ALL NON-CASH REFUNDS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 5% REFUND FEE.

  • ALL CASH PURCHASES WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO A 5% REFUND FEE.

what is your Warranty policy?

The use of high-quality products will help keep you up and running. Please ask if you are not sure of what good quality products are, as there are a lot of products of low quality that can cause issues with your products that are not covered under warranty.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND YOUR PRODUCTS AND WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY AND WHAT IS NOT.

  • Manufacturers offer a wide variety of product warranties. Please familiarize yourself with the warranty for your specific product.

  • America Airsoft will make every reasonable effort to correct any issue in-house before sending the product to the manufacturer for warranty service.

  • America Airsoft assumes no responsibility for warranty repairs or services that fall under the manufacturer’s warranty coverage.

  • America Airsoft has no control over the length of time the manufacturer may retain a product for warranty service or repair.

  • America Airsoft is not responsible for shipping costs to or from the manufacturer for warranty-related work.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF THE RED TIP IS REMOVED OR IF ANY MODIFICATIONS ARE MADE TO THE PRODUCT

Consumable items are not covered under any warranty, including but not limited to BBs, green gas, and CO₂

Any damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or lack of proper knowledge is excluded from warranty coverage

Any damage resulting from the use of incorrect, incompatible, or low-quality products, such as BBs, chargers, batteries, or gas, is excluded from warranty coverage

Any damage resulting from neglecting to read or follow the product’s user manual is excluded from warranty coverage

Any America Airsoft custom build has a 60-day limited warranty from America Airsoft. Normal wear and tear, misuse, physical damage, or any modifications or work performed by the customer or a third party will void the warranty and are not covered

What Warnings should i be concerned about?

All airsoft weapons must be treated as real firearms at all times. They may only be used in designated areas and must always be operated under adult supervision. Improper, careless, or unauthorized use of airsoft weapons can result in serious bodily injury or death.

Chargers, batteries, and related power systems used in airsoft equipment can be hazardous if improperly used, charged, stored, or maintained. Users are required to read, understand, and strictly comply with all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines related to batteries, chargers, and airsoft power systems. Battery charging must be performed only under adult supervision and must never be left unattended. Failure to follow proper charging and safety procedures may result in equipment damage, personal injury, fire, property damage, and/or death.

Users are solely responsible for reading and understanding all owner’s manuals, safety instructions, and operational guidelines before use. Users are further responsible for conducting their own independent research regarding the safe and lawful use of airsoft guns. Do not rely on verbal assurances or third-party opinions regarding legality.

Users must research and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws governing the possession, transport, and use of airsoft guns. Failure to comply with applicable California laws may result in legal penalties, injury, or death.

America Airsoft, its owners, employees, affiliates, and representatives expressly disclaim all liability for damages, losses, injuries, fires, property damage, or death arising from or related to the use, misuse, charging, storage, transport, or handling of airsoft weapons, batteries, chargers, or related equipment. By purchasing, possessing, or using airsoft products, the user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their use and agrees that America Airsoft shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
