All airsoft guns and weapons must be treated as real firearms at all times. Airsoft products may only be used in designated, authorized areas and must always be operated under appropriate adult supervision.

Improper, careless, reckless, or unauthorized use of airsoft equipment can result in serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death. Users are responsible for handling all airsoft products safely, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable safety guidelines.

Battery, Charger & Power System Safety

Batteries, chargers, and related power systems used with airsoft equipment may present significant hazards if improperly handled, charged, stored, or maintained. These hazards may include fire, burns, equipment damage, property damage, serious personal injury, or death.

All users must read, understand, and strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines for all batteries, chargers, and related power systems.

Battery charging must be conducted under adult supervision, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and must never be left unattended. Users must immediately discontinue use of any battery, charger, or power system that appears damaged, defective, swollen, overheated, or otherwise unsafe.

Failure to follow proper charging, storage, maintenance, and handling procedures may result in serious injury, fire, property damage, or death.

Owner's Manuals & User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for reading and understanding all applicable owner's manuals, safety instructions, manufacturer warnings, and operational guidelines before purchasing, handling, charging, or using any airsoft product.

Users are also responsible for conducting their own independent research regarding the safe, responsible, and lawful possession, transportation, storage, and use of airsoft guns and related equipment.

No verbal assurance, informal recommendation, third-party opinion, or statement from a retailer or other individual should be relied upon as a substitute for independently verifying applicable legal requirements.

Legal Compliance

Users must independently research and comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, transportation, storage, display, and use of airsoft guns and related equipment.

California laws and local ordinances may impose specific requirements or restrictions on airsoft products, including requirements concerning identification, markings, transportation, and permitted locations of use.

It is the user's sole responsibility to verify the laws applicable to their circumstances before purchasing, possessing, transporting, or using any airsoft product. Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in criminal or civil penalties, confiscation of equipment, personal injury, or other serious consequences.

Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, America Airsoft, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives disclaim liability for losses, damages, injuries, fires, property damage, or death arising out of or relating to the purchase, possession, handling, charging, storage, transportation, or use or misuse of airsoft guns, batteries, chargers, or related equipment.

By purchasing, possessing, or using airsoft products, users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with these products and accept responsibility for their own conduct and for complying with applicable safety instructions and legal requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, America Airsoft shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products, subject to any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
